Welcome to INNsider Tips.
In today’s INNsider Tip, I will talk about when to train employees.

.
- As part of an overall professional development program, these could include themes such as:
-
- Proper communication in the workplace. This could be coupled with:
-
-
-
- Diversity training usually includes explanations of how people have different perspectives and views.
- .
- Computer skills
- .
-
- Customer service
- .
-
- Ethics
- .
-
- Human relations
- .
-
- Workplace safety
- .
-

-

.
For me, this is a no-brainer, training programs are a win-win for both your property and the employees.
.
