Keystone Hospitality Development Consulting has announced the release of training tutorials for potential and current owners of Independent Hotels and Bed & Breakfasts.
It is a fact that franchise hospitality properties have a high success rate and that many Independent Hotels and Bed & Breakfasts struggle or fail because they did not have a plan or an organizational structure in place when they opened their doors.
Keystone HDC designed their training tutorials to instruct new or current property owners how to structurally organize and implement strategies that rival some of the most successful hospitality property franchise models.
